These Terms govern your use of BetPortal (the "Site"), operated by Portal Entertainment Ltd under Curacao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1631/0982. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms. Last updated 28 May 2026.

1. The operator

BetPortal is a trading name of Portal Entertainment Ltd, a company incorporated in Curacao under registration number 162882, with registered office at Zuikertuintjeweg z/n, Willemstad, Curacao.

2. Licensing

BetPortal operates under licence OGL/2024/1631/0982, issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board on 14 March 2025, under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard. The licence is renewed annually and is current as at the date of these Terms. Verify licence status at gamingcontrolboard.cw. BetPortal is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. UK consumer protection rules under the Gambling Act 2005 (the £2 stake cap, mandatory deposit-limit prompts, IBAS dispute resolution, GamStop integration) do not apply to BetPortal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play. You confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction; BetPortal does not warrant that the Site is legal or accessible in any particular country. The following jurisdictions are restricted and registration from them is blocked or voided on detection: the United States and its territories, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany (Schleswig-Holstein excepted), Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Australia, Israel, Singapore and any other country listed as restricted on the registration page. UK players self-excluded via GamStop must not register with BetPortal. Bypassing geo-restrictions or self-exclusion through VPN, false declaration or third-party details is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all winnings and reclaim of any funds withdrawn.

4. Your account

Only one account per person, household, IP and device is permitted. Multiple accounts are detected via name, address, IP, device fingerprint and payment-method analysis; detection results in immediate closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of balances. You may not transfer, sell, encumber, pledge or assign your account or any account asset to any third party in any form. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out under your credentials, whether authorised by you or not.

BetPortal reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, without prior notice or stated reason, subject to processing any withdrawable balance. Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses are forfeited on closure.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit is £20 (or local currency equivalent). Minimum withdrawal is £20. Daily withdrawal cap is £5,000, weekly £25,000, monthly £80,000. Withdrawals route to the same method used to fund the account under anti-money-laundering closed-loop rules. Internal processing takes 1–3 working days after KYC is complete. BetPortal does not charge fees on deposits or on withdrawals of £20 or more.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC)

KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal. You must provide a clear photo of government photo ID, a proof of address dated within 90 days, and where applicable a card authorisation form. Verification takes 24–48 hours under normal conditions. You can play during verification but cannot withdraw. Source of funds checks may be requested above defined thresholds; failure to provide source of funds documentation results in withdrawal suspension and may result in account closure under AML rules.

7. Bonuses and promotions

Every bonus is subject to its own terms, published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. General rules: bonuses are credited automatically on a qualifying deposit, wagering requirements apply to the bonus only (unless explicitly stated as deposit plus bonus), maximum bet during bonus play is £5 per spin or hand, slots contribute 100% to wagering unless flagged otherwise (live dealer typically 10%, table games typically 0%). Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus has not completed its wagering forfeits the bonus and all winnings from it. Bonus abuse (defined as patterns of low-risk play designed to lock in bonus value without genuine engagement) results in bonus voiding and may result in account closure.

8. Game rules and RTP

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in live dealer titles, by physical wheels and decks operated by Evolution and Pragmatic Live. RTP figures are published in-game by the provider and are typically in the 94% to 97% range for slots. BetPortal does not adjust RTPs from the provider default. Malfunction voids all pays and plays; in the event of a verified game malfunction, stake is refunded and any winnings are voided.

9. Dormant accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are flagged as dormant. A monthly administration fee of £5 (or 5% of the balance, whichever is lower) is deducted from dormant accounts until they are reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Reactivation is by logging in and completing a small wagering action.

11. Privacy and data

BetPortal processes personal data under the Curacao Data Protection Regulation 2010 and where applicable the UK GDPR. Personal data is retained for the period required by AML regulation (5 years from account closure) and is not sold to third parties. 12. Disputes and complaints

Step 1: contact [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and supporting evidence. Step 2: if the response is unsatisfactory, request escalation to compliance; compliance has 14 days to respond in writing. Step 3: if compliance rules against you and you believe the decision breaches these Terms, open a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Control Board at gamingcontrolboard.cw. GCB rulings are binding on BetPortal. UKGC's ADR network (IBAS, ProMediate) does not have jurisdiction.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, save where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

BetPortal may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes (affecting bonuses, withdrawal limits, eligibility or dispute resolution) are notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
